Lots of meals on repeat today.
Same breakfast as yesterday…roasted sweet potatoes, eggs, and avocado.
Same lunch as yesterday…spaghetti squash, Turkey meat sauce, and roasted Brussels sprouts. Extra veggies do keep me satisfied so I don’t want to snack in the afternoon.
Dinner was a little different just because I added broccoli with my green beans and Thai turkey. I am almost out of veggies that I meal prepped over the weekend, so I thawed some frozen broccoli for my dinner.
My cravings are out of control! I thought with 2 weeks of Whole 30 under my belt I’d be fine, but I am clawing the walls for cheese and chocolate.
For an evening snack, I had some berries that I warmed in the microwave and topped with coconut cream, which ended up being phenomenal. Not as good as chocolate, but I wanted to stay on plan.
