Macaroni with mushrooms and minced meat are very fast and easy to make, and you will love it...
Ingredients
- 1 package macaroni
- 500 gr. minced meat
- 400 gr. mushrooms
- 1 onion
- salt, pepper, seasoning and a little oil
- 1 jar (900 g) spaghetti sauce
- 200 gr. grated cheese (mozzarella or other)
Instructions
- The furnace heat up to 400 F-200C.
- Cook the macaroni in salted water, drain and pour cold water so that not get stick. While the pasta is cooking prepare the sauce.
- Chop the mushrooms into thin slices and add to the meat. Simmer over low heat until the mushrooms are tender.
- When it's all over, add spaghetti sauce (tomato sauce). Cook little and add macaroni. All mix and shake the pan you greased with butter. Sprinkle with grated cheese and insert into the oven.
- Bake until the cheese melts and begins to receive color.
