What is bird-watching? That’s easy and pretty much self-explanatory: bird-watching is simply watching birds. It’s getting to KNOW these beautiful animals. It’s an eye-opening experience that shows how DIVERSE class Aves really is!
So what do you need to bird-watch?
Basically, the only things you need are your senses (primarily sight and sound) and a good source for identification.
Of course, to add to your experience, I suggest having any of these:
- binoculars
- camera
- field guides
- notebook to record stuff / a life list
- a friend (or friends)!
