Our client is seeking to hire a team of 5 temporary attorneys or paralegals to assist with a 2 week long project.

This assignment is slated to start on Monday, March 12th and last through 3/24/18.

Job Duties:

Train to oversee a large team of data entry clerks for a deadline driven project. Manage clerks in the following duties:

Complete work orders by receiving, processing, verifying, and calculating data.

A willingness to work cohesively with other departments and all individuals.

Performing all work activities in accordance with company policies and procedures in order to achieve and maintain customer loyalty.

Prepares source data for entry by compiling and organizing data; establishing priorities.

Enters data by operating data entry equipment; coding information; resolving problems.

Enters account data by inputting numeric information on keyboard into software according to contract format.

Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.

Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Job Requirements

Pleasant, positive, professional attitude and demeaor

Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook

Capacity to deal with frequently-changing priorities & the ability to motivate a team to complete tasks in an efficient manner and to produce quality results

Temperament to handle stress effectively: remaining calm and focused in a hectic environment

Ability to multi-task

Excellent communication & leadership skills

Outstanding follow-up and follow-through abilities

Detail oriented

A paralegal certificate and experience or a JD and some legal experience
