Immediate opening for an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal/Litigation Coordinator to assist in the management of litigated matters for a large transportation company as part of Gallagher Sharp's role as National Counsel.

Responsibilities encompass all duties associated with a busy litigation and National Counsel practice, including drafting of discovery responses and assembling documents for production, file management and organization, scheduling and frequent interaction with client and outside counsel across the United States. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, verbal and written communication skills and pay close attention to detail. Should be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Bachelors degree and/or paralegal certificate and three to four years experience required.
