Our client is a boutique, eastside Cleveland law firm with a busy caseload of plaintiff personal injury cases. The litigation partner handling this caseload of 35-40 active cases, is seeking part time assistance from an experienced personal injury litigation paralegal, legal nurse consultant, or medical legal analyst.

If you are seeking a flexible schedule, and sophisticated work, this opportunity could be the right match for you. Responsibilities will include preparing initial medical records summaries, organizing the case files, communicating with the records providers, identifying the key legal issues and merits of the case (or lack thereof). In addition, as the case moves towards trial or settlement, you will assist with the drafting of settlement letters and communication with the clients about the status of the case.

Strong medical terminology and written/verbal skills are required for this opportunity, plus the ability to shift from part time to Full time hours depending on the caseload.
