This position is a Director of Legal Compliance position at a top medical devices corporation out in Long Island.

Requirements: JD and health law experience.

Duties include implementing federal, state, and foreign legal compliance measures, especially related to FCPA & anti-kickback; assisting with risk assessments, working with internal/external audit to review programs compliance, responding to field/client questions, reviewing regulatory and health law aspects of contracts and marketing structures, periodic training, assisting with internal investigations, etc.
