It seems as though there is no better year than 2018 to celebrate International Women’s Day. We’ve all read the headlines, and while yes there seems to be a negative stories surrounding the success of Women in the workplace, that couldn’t be further from the truth within the global walls of the Samanage organization. With 32% of global employees being women (a force growing larger every day), every day we are redefining the impact women can make in technology. 

As our good friend, Marc Benioff said, “We’re greater when we are equal.” More often than not, when you think of the tech industry, you’re thinking of a dude behind a computer coming up with some super innovative stuff. I’m proud to share that at Samanage, while we absolutely LOVE all of the guys on our team, there are plenty of women stepping up and changing the technology landscape with their vision for service management.

The very definition of tech is innovative, and as we wrap up a historic International Women’s Day, I thought you should hear from the women of Samanage and how technology has made an impact on how they innovate, collaborate, and strive for greatness.
