Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Austin, TX continued to rank as the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,220.
–Brushy Creek, TX was second with rent at $1,160.
–Cedar Park, TX one bedroom rent was $1,110, making it third.
The Least Expensive
–San Marcos, TX was the most affordable city with rent at $890.
–Wells Branch, TX remained the second least expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $970.
–Kyle, TX followed closely as third with rent at $980.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (M/M%)
–Wells Branch, TX had the fastest growing rent last month, up 5.4%.
–Leander, TX one bedroom rent had the second largest monthly growth rate, climbing 4.9%.
