Cities Ranked By Rent
The Most Expensive
–Sandy, UT remained the most expensive city with one bedrooms priced at $1,150.
–South Jordan, UT rent also had a flat month, staying stable at $1,100 and as the second priciest city.
–Salt Lake City, UT was third with rent at $1,070.
The Least Expensive
–South Salt Lake, UT ranked as the most affordable city, though rent grew $10 last month to $860.
–Millcreek, UT followed closely behind as the second least expensive city with rent at $870.
–West Valley City, UT moved up 2 spots to rank as third with rent climbing $30 to $880.
Growth Rate
The Fastest Growing (Y/Y%)
–South Salt Lake, UT had the fastest growing rent, up 11.7% since this time last year.
–South Jordan, UT was second with rent climbing 11.1%.
–Sandy, UT rent had the third largest year over year growth rate, jumping 9.5%.
