Diawal Mei 2010 ini ada Penurunan Harga Untuk Netbook dan Notebook VAIO, tipe yang turun harga yaitu VPC-W21EAG, VPC-CW25FG, VPC-CW26FG. Untuk tipe netbook VPC-W21EAG ada penurunan harga US$ 50 dari harga sebelumnya, sehingga harganya kini sama dengan tipe VPC-W216AG, penurunan harga untuk tipe ini mungkin dikarenakan kurangnya penjualan atau lambatnya pergerakan tipe VPC-W21EAG ini. Untuk penjualan tipe ini tidak dipaket dalam kardus, melainkan langsung di tas.
Harga yang ikut turun juga adalah tipe VPC-CW25FG (PINK) dan VPC-CW26FG (PINK). Mengapa hanya yang warna pink saja yang turun ??? Hmm… mungkin karena lambatnya penjualan warna pink tersebut.
