In our previous post we informed that the Live Chat feature on our websites and in the server console apps stopped working and we had to find another solution to provide instant technical support and reply to pre-sales inquiries for our clients and visitors. That did not take much time so meet an all-new Live Chat that is already available on http://www.bopup.com and other websites.


This Live Chat is provided by Zoho (the same vendor as we used before) and in comparison with the old text chat form it brings new great and useful functions. Now the Live Chat form supports file transfers so it is easy for us and for remote customer to exchange files and data. Another great apportunity is the desktop sharing feature. Now we can request a remote user to show his desktop window that lets much quicker and instant resolution in many cases.

We will implement and add the new text chat functionality to the new version of Bopup Communication Server software too.
