The firm  Energy Sistem  of Alicante, Spain announced a new line of smart loudspeakers with the virtual assistant Amazon Alexa.

This new line called Energy Smart Speaker with Amazon Alexa integrated in Spanish presents two speakers that are the Energy Smart Speaker 3 Talk and the Energy Smart Speaker 5 Home, in addition to a sound Tower called Energy Smart Speaker 7 Tower . The latter represents the first time that a Spanish technology brand integrates a virtual assistant into a sound tower.

All products in the Energy Smart Speaker family include omnidirectional microphones to facilitate user interaction with Alexa. This way the user can ask questions about the traffic, the weather or ask him to play music.

The two speakers Energy Smart Speaker 5 Home and Energy Smart Speaker 3 Talk, allow the user to activate Alexa via voice, such as “Alexa Pop Music” to which Alexa will respond that will start playing an Amazon Music Pop station or the service that they have active.

The thing changes with the sound tower Energy Speaker Speaker 7 Tower, in this case the user must press the activation button of Alexa that is in the upper panel of the tower or through the remote control, also pressing the activation button in command.

The device synchronizes with the smartphone or tablet and connects to the Wi-Fi network through the Energy Multiroom Wi-Fi application, following the steps indicated therein. Once paired the user can start using Amazon Alexa. In addition, thanks to Wi-Fi operation and the Energy Multiroom Wi-Fi application, it is possible to pair several devices together creating a multiroom system, play music from Spotify, AirPlay or listen to the online radio.

Also and in addition to the thousands and thousands of skills offered by Amazon Alexa, the speakers allow you to play music from other devices via Bluetooth and cable, with the audio jack input. As for the Tower Energy Smart Speaker 7 Tower also allows the reproduction of MP3s (USB memories and microSD cards).

• Energy Smart Speaker 5 Home: 2.0 system with two full-range speakers of 8W each and a passive membrane on the front, offers 16 W of power.
• Energy Smart Speaker 7 Tower: two full-range speakers of 20W each, a 5W tweeter and Bass Reflex with which to provide the user with a 2.0 tower sound with 40 W of power.
