We met Lindsay by chance at an open house. What drew us immediately to her was her “can do” attitude. She was extremely resourceful right off the bat! She was not pushy at all, which is another reason we loved working with her. She presented facts without a biased opinion. We could really tell that she wanted us to find our perfect home. Lindsay was always available (no matter what time of day) and will usually respond within minutes of receiving our inquiries. That type of accessibly is rare and very much appreciated. When we found the home that we loved, Lindsay went above and beyond to establish a good rapport with the listing agent so that we had an upper hand. It was a roller coaster ride during the bidding and Escrow, but having Lindsay on our side made it so much easier. Her competence and knowledge in this market was very reassuring to first time home buyers like us. Her network in this field also allowed for quick turn around in getting quotes and second opinions. We are extremely grateful for all of her help. We will definitely refer her to our friends and family in the future. Hopefully she's around for our next home purchase!
