So if you’ve visited Gulf Shores lately, you’re probably thinking the same thing that I am, that we skipped Spring and jumped right into Summer. As usual our beautiful beach is humming with activity.
Since real estate market conditions remain very strong in Gulf Shores I want to provide my present and future clients the statistics for the most popular condo communities. Below you’ll find the condo complexes that have sold the most units for the month of April 2018.
These stats do not include Orange Beach. That’s another article.
Best Selling Condos in Gulf Shores
As a whole, there were 73 Condos that sold in Gulf Shores last month for a total real estate revenue of $18,934,400. The highest priced condo was $850,000 and the lowest was $108,000.

Grand Beach Resort

This condo complex is located just across the street from the beach and has unobstructed views of the Gulf. You’ll find 1, 2, and 3 bedroom options ranging in square feet from 625 to 1,080.
Gulf Shores Surf & Racquet

This building also located across the street from the beach but one of the great features is the location. The north side of the complex faces Little Lagoon while you just have about a minutes walk to the Gulf.
Amenities are really nice here and include a tropical style pool, tennis courts, and boat slips.
Seacrest
3 Condos Sold in Seacrest
Enjoy beach front living and just about 1.5 miles from Gulf Place and The Hangout. This complex is located in the West Beach section of Gulf Shores and tends to be very popular. It’s a little quieter in West Beach and less traffic.
Seacrest condos that sold in April ranged from 615 to 930 square feet and sold for an average price per square foot of $413.
The Beach Club

It’s no surprise that The Beach Club is one of the best condo complexes in Gulf Shores. This is a large complex containing 4 towers, located right on the Gulf. The Beach Club has one of the best amenity packages on the coast.
These Gulf front condos are priced at an average of $391 per square foot.
The Enclave at Oak Hill

This attractive complex is set off of the beach by a couple of miles but is one of my favorites. The design of the units are much different than others on the Alabama coast as they give you a feel of being in a New York loft. All of the condos here have 10 foot ceilings with 8 foot interior and exterior doors.
