On a recent trip to New York City I had the opportunity to meet with Luis, a representative of the BuddyTops.com company to have an up-close look at their hats for potential sell in my store. I found the hats to be not only uniquely adorable but also warm and comfortable looking. Each hat has a name and distinct personality with a story you can share with your child. Each story also contains a great life-lesson for your child to learn. The construction was of high quality and the materials were so soft that I knew I wanted to carry these in my store. I also offered to take some of these wonderful hats home for our Blogger Mommies to test & review.

The mommies were thrilled to receive the hats. And as you can see from all the pictures included in this review, the kids loved them too! We had fun trying on all the different hats. They all looked so adorable, I don't know how a mom will possibly choose just one. I ended up getting my granddaughter a second one. She loves them so much that even when we went inside the building she took off her jacket but not her BuddyTop hat! That reminds me of one of the features that I like about these hats...the back of the hats are not cut low on the neck so when they are worn with a heavy jacket it doesn't feel bulky, nice!

It's wintertime and very cold here in Colorado, so receiving these super cute BuddyTop hats in December was perfect timing. I love the very soft material. The fabric is also a bit stretchy which makes for an extra snug fit without being too tight. The adorable plush animals atop my childrens heads are just too cute. One of the first things I noticed was the little story that comes with each BuddyTop hat explaining about them and even giving them a name. I love this idea as it gives each hat it's own personality to make them more of a friend as opposed to just a hat. Since they are 'friends', we have yet to loose a hat, which is almost inevitable for my 3 year old. She loves her 'Benny the Bunny' hat. Even though my 1 year old son has his own hat, he also likes to wear sisters 'Benny the Bunny' around the house too. The hats are designed with long flaps that fit right over their ears, which is wonderful in the bad weather as it keep them very warm. The flaps make it easy for my 1 year old to put his own hat on...he tends to keep it on longer if when he puts it on himself. The flaps are also perfect for tucking into the winter coats to ensure the ears stay warm. I think these Buddytop hats would make a great addition to any child's winter wardrobe, as well as a great gift for any occasion.

After receiving th My oldest daughter “G” has the tiger cub hat. Not only does she think that it’s cute and comfortable but she also treats it like it’s one of her other stuffed animals.


She carries it around when she is not wearing it and even sleeps with it!!! My 10 month old daughter “B” has “Darby the honest pig”. She is pink and very soft and cuddly. It is so comfortable that she actually keeps it on! She also “talks” and cuddles with her “Buddy”. There are seven different animals for your child to choose from. There is a tiger, chic, panda, bunny, wolf, pig and Dalmatian. The BuddyTop hats are very well made with sturdy and very soft material. They are a steal at 19.95! They are definitely worth the price because you can use them winter after winter. Not only will they protect your children from the cold they will also be their best “buddy”.
