It's another gloomy, muggy, rainy day here in New Jersey.
But hey, I'm alive, ready to experience new sensations.
"I think therefore I am" is the beginning of some famous
philosopher's phrase. I don't recall who.
What it means to me is something more psychological.
Even emotional. Our thoughts create our reality. The more
emotion attached to those thoughts, the stronger they
are, and more likely to become real.
Man is the only living creature that has emotions deter-
mine action. A Squirrel forages for acorns out of hunger.
The squirrel does not decide, "No, I'm not going to look
for nuts today, I'm too depressed, I just feel like staying
in bed?" Why is it us beings of 'higher consciousness'
limit ourselves with negative emotions? Is there some
purpose there, that God, or the Universe, intends?
