Taylor Swift was born on December 13, 1989 in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, she is the daughter of Andrea Gardner, and Scott Kingsley Swift.

At the age of ten she began to perform around her hometown, singing at karaoke contests, festivals, and fairs.

When she was eleven she sang the national anthem before a Philadelphia 76ers game.

She made a point to connect personally with fans every day, and answer questions, and it has grown so much that she's become the No. 1 Country artist on Myspace, and her music has surpassed over 40 million streams.
