Now, it is time to Setup an LLC.   It’s almost tax season and every CPA in the local area that I’ve called is swamped with filing taxes. 

Quick aside – Why do U.S. CPAs file taxes for simple cases?  Shouldn’t they be Outsourcing this to India and just working on the more difficult cases?   You will notice as you read that I am big proponent of outsourcing.

I’ve done some research and it seems like Nevada and Delaware are the best states to setup an LLC.  Both offer virtually the same benefits (i.e., low filing fees, no taxes, no residence requirements) but I think I will go with the Delaware option since it doesn’t require disclosure of managers and the slightly lower cost.
