First Friday Lake Havasu Mayor Coffee Talk

The City of Lake Havasu has grown so much over the years I’ve lived here.  It’s managed to maintain its small town appeal thanks to the welcome interaction between Havasu residents and community leaders.  Things like the First Friday Lake Havasu Mayor Coffee Talk help foster this symbiotic relationship.

The point of the First Friday Lake Havasu Mayor Coffee Talk is for Mayor Mark Nexsen and Charlie Cassens, the City Manager, to sit down face-to-face with Havasu residents to discuss any pressing issues or concerns residents may have with the community.  This helps foster the spirit of neighborhood togetherness that officials desire for Lake Havasu City.  It’s a fantastic opportunity to get your voice heard.

All Havasu residents are welcome to attend any of the First Friday Lake Havasu Mayor Coffee Talk meetings.  While this month’s coffee talk will be held at Golden Corral Buffet, the venue will change each month (times stay the same).  Next month’s meeting will be at Jersey’s Grill on February 7th, with The Bagel Bin hosting the Mayor’s coffee talk on March 7th.  For more information, please call the Mayor’s office at (928) 453-4152.  The only way to maintain a thriving community is to be an active participant.  The First Friday Lake Havasu Mayor Coffee Talk is a fun way to achieve this goal while getting your morning cup o’ Joe at the same time.
