Year 2006 is a very unique time. The United States and the world is coming to a time when the price of oil is at a premium. Soon the shortages are going to hit home. Everyone is going to want a car that uses Alternative Source of energy. The government is starting to work out plans to phase in and encourage research and development of alternative fuel sources.

I can see just like on past times the Government will develop programs where an inventor with an idea would get a grant to encourage and support the research and development of an idea or a prototype.

I have a couple of ideas that I am researching on developing a "forever" engine. This engine uses no outside energy to generate power. It can be used to generate hydrogen for automotive industry and also produce power for residential and commercial uses.
