These services are based on the Principal’s many years evaluating proposals to execute successful grant making initiatives as well as advising nonprofits and developing successfully funded grant proposals for them and his own projects.

Even the most technically well written requests can miss the mark.  Most often proposals focus on what’s important to the grantee while overlooking issues most important to the funder. Some tell a fantastic story of need while missing the mark on execution. It’s a natural human reaction to focus on the mission the nonprofit is most passionate about while overlooking funder criteria and why they exist. A proposal must simultaneously tell the nonprofit’s compelling story, and meet the necessary criteria for a funder to perceive it as coming from its ideal grantee. The Principal has sat on both sides of the funding/funder table, and is adept at doing both.
