What’s the shift I spoke about yesterday?

I have taught Business principles for ten years now and what I have seen over and over is that women want to believe that more knowledge and training is what’s necessary in order to experience more success in their business.

The truth is, this is rarely the case.

Either they already know what to do and aren’t implementing it or they aren’t ready to look at their internal landscape and how it’s affecting the way they work. Recently a client asked me to teach how to grow her list, narrow down a client avatar, and how to do market research. I knew none of these were the reason why she wasn’t hitting $10K+ months and I was sure she’d already learned these skills at least once before. When I asked her if she had been taught these things in the past, she said she had. She knew what to do it and yet she was willing to hear it again if it meant she didn’t have to look at why she wastes time and resources or feels so apatheic.

I will not turn a blind eye to what I see and know even if it doesn’t appear to have anything to do with business.

I’m also going to show you the connection between the dominate emotions you are feeling and how others are responding to your business. I’m going to point out when you completely discount taking care of yourself. I’m going to hold you accountable for resting and allowing some space between your action. And if you aren’t taking any action or feeling really bad when you do, we’ll look at why.

My holistic approach is endearing to some and down right frustrating to others. 

Instead of trying to ride this fence any more, I’m making it very clear that if you desire success at any cost, I’m not your Woman. If you don’t believe that your emotional, mental, and spiritual well being has anything to do with how profitable your business can be, you’re not gonna be into me. On the other hand if you want to grow your business AND have good health AND enjoy life AND have a healthy marriage and family life, then we are golden!
