Before Publishing your email magazine, there’re
some few things to put into consideration.
First of all, you have to realize you went into
Information/newsletter publishing for two reasons,

1. You went into publishing for profits, that’s to make
Money for yourself to be financially free, to be able to
stand in this real world and have a feeling of some extra
coins and notes in your Pocket and to be able to live a
Good life which everybody on Earth dreams for.
And probably build a happy home for your Family.
Hey! Common, am I talking to you? I believe so.

2. To meet People’s needs by providing Information and
Resources that can be of Help to someone else to achieve
Success in one way or the other.

I believe these are your reasons for your Desire to publish
Your own newsletter, and that was also my Reason too for
going into Information Publishing.

Publishing an Email newsletter is like starting a Business
of your Own, so you will need to develop some Skills that
is believed to Aid you in your Publishing Business.

They are ;

Planning: before building a house, you have to count the costs,
And these same rules applies to your new Business.
Planning helps you know “how far”, “how well”, “how much”,
and settles all the “HOWS” about the Business you are about
to go into.

It helps you to know “if” and “if not” the business is worth
Investing into.


Focus: a lot of people have great Ideas of Becoming Rich
starting their own Business, and they start out the business,
because of a few “obstacles” and “road blocks” they experience
in their Business they start feeling it’s never going to work
out successful or maybe they had one bad Idea they believed
would work out.

Focus is an important factor that makes you keep going ,
when the business seems not too easy especially at the
early stage of starting the business.


Discipline: you can have a great Idea but discipline is what
You need to build it into a Multimillion business,
Most Business Entrepreneurs make the mistake of
spending their first profits from their Business, instead
of re-investing it into the Business to produce more
Profits.
I urge you new “Email Magazine Publishers” not to
Spend your first profits made from your business,
Re-invest it to sustain the Business, when the business is
sustained, you become very successful in the Business,
then you can spend some part to reward yourself of your
Hard work .
Go on vacations and picnics with your friends and family
Or have a barbeque party in your House to celebrate your
Success.


Goal: when you set goals for your business, you will have
A sense of responsibility to your business and make running
the Business have a direction and purpose, you will surely meet
your target when you stick to your target and Ensure you run your
business according to your “Target” .


Time management: when you develop time management skills,
You will not let your Business suffer, Most entrepreneurs have this
very problem, notwithstanding what business they operate or industry
they belong to.
Time management is the very skill you need to “shake off” the Laziness
whenever you are supposed to be running your Business.

Experience: don’t venture into an industry or field, you know nothing
about, make sure you publish information based on what you know and
not what you assume you know.


Conclusion: the success of a business is based on the fact that the owner
of the business must develop these Skills to be successful in their Business
and Be able to live up their dreams for their Business. This is a simple quadrant
to help you understand these skills, when you have an Idea, plan for the business,
Get the necessary experience to run the business or Hire an expert to help you run
the Business, set goals! that is what you want to achieve in the Business, and be
Focused to see that you
meet your Goal, then develop time management skills, to
be able to leverage your Business, so you can be able to
have time for Rest and other activities like spending time
with your family or friends.
