International Voice Process involving interaction with our Global Clients/Customers and resolving customer issues over both Inbound/Outbound calls and Managing Data.
Below are the different domains :
1. International (Voice Process) Broad band services
2. Customer Support – Telecom process (Voice Process)
3. Insurance – (Voice Process)
Skills :
Medical Billing/Telecom Process: Excellent communication Skills
