Restriction On Permitted Absence From UK

By latest amendment in Immigration rules in Paragraph 319 from 24th November 2016, UKVI is going to introduce a Restriction on Permitted absences for Points-Based dependents applying for indefinite leave to remain, so that the absences permitted to them are the same as those permitted to main applicants (max absence 180 days in any of the five consecutive 12 month periods preceding the date of application for indefinite leave to remain).

Make sure any ILR application for the dependents should not exceed more than 180 days of absence in any of the five years.
