Join the people who track and leverage market trends in the ONBC LGBT Masterclass:

LGBT Travel at the Crossroads: Where to Next?

Industry leaders to help you make sense of the latest trends in LGBT travel - and work out what your business needs to do next, to take best advantage of this USD$202billion opportunity. ONBC Out Now Business Class will release latest LGBT travel spend data from the Out Now global LGBT2030 market research program, as well as premiering new industry initiatives for travel agents and hotels.

The valuable travel market of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people finds itself at an important crossroads.

More destinations, hotels, airlines, travel agents and others now want to target this market, which has increasingly become a 'need-to-have' inclusion for profitable industry members. But much of what worked previously is no longer effective.

The travel industry needs to rethink both its strategic and tactical approaches in ways that will increase revenues from LGBT tourism by better understanding and meeting the needs of LGBT travellers. Attend this information-rich workshop -- revealing latest LGBT2030 research, with valuable strategic insights from industry leaders about 'what's next' -- to learn how your business needs to position for growth in a market already worth more than USD$200 billion global spending annually.

Hosted by Out Now -- a member of the 'Top 10 Diversity Consultants' Global Diversity List supported by The Economist -- via its B2B travel industry network ONBC, this workshop teaches your business how to increase revenues by understanding current opportunities and positioning for 'what's next' in fast-evolving trends in LGBT tourism.
