• Issue the employee contracts and ensure that the hiring documents are in compliance with the labor law
• Update and ensure that the filing system for personnel records are in compliance with the policies and procedures
• Digitalize all the paper work and hiring documents
• Monitor the employees’ resignation and termination process and update the database
• Handle all employees’ issues and investigations and take corrective actions
• Manage the organization’s benefits as social / medical insurance and transportation
• Issue quarterly utilization medical reports to evaluate its efficiency
• Update and notify the employees with the new polices and with any organizational change - Support the personnel team
