Your erroneous zones

In his book titled your Erroneous Zones, Wayne Dyer explains two variable principles: the power of being fully present in each moment and the importance of making decisions frequently.

In today’s information overload environment, following these two principles can be highly beneficial.

Making choices of about what information you consume and where you spend your time can yield amazing results.

For example if you make deliberate choices around checking your Facebook feed, you may decide to check it less often. This would open up opportunities to spend time doing other things you love such as going for a walk in the park, or playing the guitar.

Making a conscious choice around whether or not you’re going to spend time on Facebook may seem like a small decision in that moment but several of these small decisions (made in each present moment) over a period of time, can lead to a much happier life
