1. Go the Travis Central Appraisal District Website

2. Enter the Address in the Property Search Option Box

3. Click on the View Details Link of Property You’re Searching For

4. Under the Property Tab You See the Owner name & mailing address

Other Ways to Find Out the Owner of a Property 

If after searching the Travis Central Appraisal District online database you still cannot find out who owns the property then you can try one of the following methods:

1. Visit the Tax Assessors Office – If there is a property that someone is paying taxes on the county and state will know about it.
2. Visit the County Recorders Office – They are required to maintain public records of all land transfers and ownership. Here you can pull up the deed to the property and find out who currently owns it as well as any previous owners.
3. Ask the Title Company – If you are buying a property you will need a history of the property title and value. The title company will do this for you for a fee
4. Talk to the Neighbors – Neighbors might be willing to share information about property owners that would be difficult to find anywhere else.
5. Send a Postcard – Get the address of the property and send a post card or letter.
