I had little vacations, so i was not able to Write new post.
I got very tired from managing and stuff, and i just needed to chill out a litlle bit.
I already got some readers that means... i will soon discover few tips and hints about managing.
It would not be the point if i write down everything in 1 post, becouse it would not be readble.
It needed to be step by step.

First of all its all about you. How u know to comunicate with people. I never meet with that problem, becouse im kinda old schooll, But for start i would suggest u that u read few books about comunication, 1on1 talking, and stuff.

I cant teach u how u talk with your guests, costumers. I can just show you the way how to stay in contact with them. Comunication is 90% of selling, u probably know that, but later gonna show and tell you why...
