I have written an article about the use of Control Charts as a control system on a process. But today I want to talk about how to use Control Charts in a Measurement System Analysis (MSA). As you will see the control limits tell you something different when used in MSA. This is a mistake that newly trained Lean Six Sigma Experts sometimes make.
