Director of Marketing, Association for Talent Development – ATD seeks a Director of Marketing to support a dynamic organization serving those who develop talent in their organizations. Our Director of Marketing is a member of the leadership team charged with creating and executing organization-wide strategies to market ATD’s brand, learning programs, conferences, publications, membership, enterprise offerings, and other programs and services. The Director and his/her team will create and implement marketing strategies and tactics to drive customer engagement by supporting key stakeholders, increasing demand, and growing and expanding audiences. A key part of this role is to work closely with ATD’s members and customers to help differentiate its products and services; the Director is instrumental in positioning ATD as a valued partner to organizations, business leaders, and individuals as the global source for products and services that increase employee effectiveness by strategically and intentionally developing their knowledge, skills, and abilities within a learning culture.

B2B Marketing Manager, American Speech-Language-Hearing Association – ASHA is looking for an experienced marketing professional to support the growth of non-dues revenue for asset sales (product and recruitment advertising, mailing lists, sponsorships, exhibit sales and corporate partnerships). The Manager, B2B Marketing will work in collaboration with the Marketing, Recruitment, Convention & Meetings, and the ASHA Professional Development teams to coordinate the marketing components for our growing B2B client segments. The candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, creating and delivering marketing concepts and materials across multiple platforms for the different saleable assets and ensuring the messages are consistent. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has excellent project management skills. This position is funded by ASHA’s New Initiatives Fund. The New Initiatives Fund is used to provide a three-year employment opportunity with the option, based on a financial evaluation at the end of three years, for the position to become permanent.

Marketing and Communications Director, National Eczema Association – Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Marketing and Communications Director is responsible for developing and implementing marketing/communication strategies and plans that promote, enhance, and protect NEA’s brand and contribute to its annual revenue and program goals. This is currently a 2-person department with agency and contractor resources. The Marketing and Communications Director will ensure that NEA is viewed as the primary source, disseminator, and conduit of information within this diverse network and constituent base. The Marketing and Communications Director will work collaboratively with NEA’s executive team within the organization as the communications partner on a variety of strategic initiatives. He/she will also work with external vendors, and technical teams (such as a PR agency, a web team, etc.)

Associate Director, Connections for Abused Women and their Children (CAWC) – CAWC’s Associate Director is primarily responsible for oversight of the agency’s program services, for developing quality standards of excellence and service operations at all program sites, and for ensuring consistency of all program services and policies. CAWC’s programs include the following: Greenhouse Shelter; the Humboldt Park Outreach Program (HPOP); the Hospital Crisis Intervention Project (HCIP) at both John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital and Northwestern Memorial Hospital; Domestic Violence Services at Haymarket Center; community outreach and education, including the 40-Hour Domestic Violence Training; and the volunteer services program. The Associate Director, in collaboration with the Fiscal Manager, is also responsible for oversight of the agency’s governmental funding sources.
