For those who don't understand How hotfiles Uploader rank works, Your rank depends on the following factors:
1. How much resources You are using: the ratio of total no. of files you have uploaded / total space used.
2. Resource usage may also include how much your earning from hotfile. This can be seen clearly as most People who earn a lot have lower ranks... as far as i have seen.
3. How much Your files are being downloaded,
4. How much sales You are bringing to Hotfile. (More sales = higher rank).

How to improve rank:
1. Use less resource -> try to earn with already uploaded files and don't upload like a glutton
2. HotFile uploaders should delete old files that are not being downloaded anymore or have very less downloads.
3. Don't use hotfile just to provide mirrors or as file backup. if You're a RapidShare uploader then try to post only hotfile links from time to time Because RS knows were doing piracy and they wont pay us like HotFile does.
4. Try to get more sales from Your files / site and directly from Your HF account. This can be done in the following way:
a) Promote via files-> Post Your files in as many places as possible and upload popular content. this point is the most important
b) Promote via site-> Don't know the general consensus but it can be done by making an attractive and persuasive banner which can say things like "If you want to support this site then please buy a HF account" or "Having problems with RS download quota? Try HF NOW!"
c) Promote via Site sales->Site sales can be increased with integrating ALL of Your sites with Your hotfile account (from here: http://www.hotfile.com/mysites.html)

- Don't Upload files daily...
(If you have Copper rank, wait for a week - Your rank will increase slowly)
- Prefer to upload 100MB+ Files only...
(Peoples Don't buy Premium Account for 5MB to 10 MB files)
- Only upload files, if i have 70% to 90% Rank in Gold or Silver.
- If u uploaded files, don't take much time to post it. Try to post in many forums that day itself.
