Make Money Freelancing

If you can write you can earn! A freelancer works for them self or in other words is an independent worker who writes. A freelancer can write for newspapers, magazines, or the easiest way websites. It is possible to make a living off freelancing, but you aren't going to get rich. Like I said the easiest way to get started is through websites like helium or associated content because these sites are free to sign up and they have no requirements. Joining one of these sites is the best way to start because you must earn a reputation before you are hired to write for more professional websites or newspapers and magazines. People want strong content that will mean something to the people that read it. They want unique content that people haven’t already read and will learn from.

Associated Content

I am personally a member of associated content and I do recommend it to anyone who wants to start out freelancing for the following reasons. Associated content is the best way to get your name out there if you are planning on pursuing freelance writing to a higher level. Some websites like constant content will hire you to write articles for them at a much higher pay if they feel you are worthy contributor. Associated content is simple you write articles and submit them to associated content's article directory. Associated content will review your article and offer you an upfront payment for certain countries and you will also receive performance payments for your articles. When you start performance payments are $1.50 for every 1000 views, but as you progress and receive more page views you can earn as much as $2.00 for ever 1000 views you get. Upfront payments are low as you begin, but as your page views increase and associated content feels you have strong unique content they will increase your upfront payments. You can earn anywhere from $0.99 to $25 for a single article.

Helium

Helium doesn't offer upfront payments, but their performance payments are a lot higher. You are a lot freer when writing for helium.com because they don't review your articles. Your articles are immediately published on the Internet for everyone to see. Helium's payment method still remains a mystery you do earn for every view you get, but no one can keep track of how many views there articles receive on helium.com. They say high quality articles pay the most, but how are you supposed to know if your articles are high quality if you can't keep track of the views? Well my estimate from reading other people's responses to how much they pay would be around $0.60 per 200 views. Helium has a unique rating system where users of helium.com get to rate your articles according to how valuable they think your article is. Helium.com also has writing contests that you can enter to win!
