Blackbeard's Queen Anne's Revenge progressing

The Queen Anne's Revenge project is making headway.  Her design is based on a medium size French West-Indiaman, a vessel in proportion and design very similar to the wreck found off North Carolina.

The image below shows the work done on her bows. Lots more to go of course, including decoration and trim, but the 'canvas' for everything at the head is there.

Similarly to the bow, the stern is dimensionally all there and will be decorated in typical French  and period appropriate fashion.

The 'hard' work may be over, the bulk of the details and work are still to be done. She will also have an interesting mix of cannon.
More to come soon ....
