However at the same time integrity is important in this industry as well, so if the caller is wanting a fantasy scenario that involves something that you don't have very much knowledge on, or it's something you don't think you feel right about, then it's always best to be honest and possibly refer them to another operator that might fit their needs better. This might sound like losing out on money but really it is just building your reputation.
Okay let's get down to business about how to become a male phone sex operator. You could start out by joining a phone sex company, but from my experience there aren't very many male phone sex operators needed. On average I think there might be one or two men total per company, sometimes not even that many. Still that is an option and if you want something that is super easy and will do mostly everything for you as you're just starting out then this is a great way to go. If that is where you find yourself the best course of action is to search Google or any other search engine for things like men phone sex jobs, or male PSO job. It won't be easy to find a company that's hiring for a male position but I'm sure after some searching you'll be able to find a few. At that point you'd have to read their website to find out exactly what you need to do to apply.
