Forum on Tenant Fees and Holding Deposits

Anyone in London who is interested in the private rented sector, may be interested in a forum event being put on at University College London on 30 August.

They tell me

We are hoping to attract a diverse audience — i.e. those involved in tenancy policy/advice as well as tenants and landlords who might have had a negative experience with Tenant Fees and holding deposits, or who are interested in learning about how the new Tenant Fees legislation will affect them.

Anyone is welcome and it is a free event.

Speakers include David Smith, Policy Director of the Residential Landlords Association & Partner at Anthony Gold Solicitors and John Gallagher Principal Solicitor at Shelter.

You can find out more here.
