Breach of Real Estate Purchase Agreement Matter

The Law Firm of Gregory P. Olson has completed another legal matter involving the sale of residential property. Specifically, San Diego Real Estate Litigation Attorney Greg Olson represented a seller of residential property alleged to have breached a real Estate Purchase Agreement and to have failed to disclose material information regarding the property.

The case required:

  • Investigation into the condition of the property just before the sale
  • Review of written representations made in the transfer disclosure statements required under California law

After responding to the buyer’s specific claims in detail, the buyer voluntarily chose not to pursue arbitration or litigation. Mr. Olson is highly experienced in handling matters where a breach of a real estate Purchase Agreement or nondisclosures have been alleged and he provides legal guidance to buyers and sellers in the process of completing both residential and commercial real estate transactions.
