Do yu remember 'The Cough' ? You're enjoying a wonderful journey w/any age-old movie character when suddenly, the tale would take its' turn and leave some beloved entity behind. No need to research a fact of history_ just know,  that "The cough" has run its course. Are yu allergic to the common cold?  Most Cube dwellers have a world of timely obligations to consider that somehow never include a common-day sickness, yet hidden debris quite often lives among them w/every busy shift. Keys of the trusted keyboard, mouse and desk phone are just a start. It's important enough to know to also consider this personnel task @least once a week. (Too many years ago 2account4) I can remember happily freezing my palm w/the close-range spray 4rm a can of keyboard cleaner and although it is an interesting recollection - check online for substantial sanitation of desktop articles. A few days into my new job's cube space - someone passed by and asked if I'd heard about its' previous occupant. Yea - said another, how does it feel 2work in a dead woman's cube? Oh! I were in a whole new league! I laughed it off but really, I'm thinking - A new job w/the cube of its own identity. Actually, I didn't know how to compartmentalize the unsettling info. and sat there awhile wondering. I didn't know what it meant. What other workplace dynamic exists in the field of computing that hardly compares w/this?! I plastered color-print comics of a man that worked with an unruly tie almost everywhere in the cube after that - just in case. Needless to say, a trail of sanitizer gel or an alcohol sprayer mist might have been the last thing on my mind that day - but you still have a chance! I exercised my right to implement the Ounce of Prevention rule & although the cleaning crew will do their part - sharpen your clean coffee space enthusiasm w/a simple effort. No matter how you choose to settle into your cube before another break this week - Remember to Have a Happy Java Day!  ☕//>️ MB
