When applying the telescopic conveyor/ Conveyor belt, it is advantageous to reduce the operating resistance by using high precision transport rollers and high performance belts. The rotational resistance of the rollers and the forward resistance of the belt conveyor represent half of the main resistance in the conveyor belt. When the length of the conveyor is greater than 90m, the main resistance is influenced by the condition of the machine, the coefficient of friction with respect to the working condition, the conveying length, the quality of the belt, the quality band, etc.

Apart from the factor mentioned above, we can name the following ways to maximize the performance of the conveyor belt:

1. Reduce or adjust the deviation of the belt;
2. Add lubricating oil to the conveyor belt components.
3. Clean the trifles made in the transport immediately;
4. The traction of the conveyor belt should be adjusted the best condition;
5. Add oil to the conveyor for the set time to ensure smooth rotation.
6. It is better to accept the vulcanized gasket, although it costs too much money, it can keep a longer life (especially suitable for fixed belt conveyors).
