Amrut Reform project to achieve 24×7 water supplies alongside a sustainable institutional arrangement that will optimize Water Management. Metering project reduced Non-Revenue Water and provide 24×7 water supplies.

• Carrying out Consumer Survey to identifying the details of consumption of water by different beneficiaries also to determine Socio economic back ground with comprehensive knowledge of consumers of utility.
• Digitization of satellite image includes collection of DGPS points of important level marks geo referencing of satellite image and creation of base map and mapping of existing and proposed water supply scheme of Korba Town Part I and II
• Installation of water consumer meter with house service connection and protection box.

• Satellite Image procurement & digitization of basemap for 215 sq.Km area of korba city.
• App based consumer survey (Qty-80500) of entire city by using tab and mobile devices.
• Consumer survey data integration with basemap along with pipeline network Supply and installation of water consumer meter with HSC to each consumer.

Benefit to the Client:

• Information of the consumers in the form of building information, connection information and socio economic information is now available with client. That mean they may have started the process of Know Your Consumers.
• All water supply assets are integrated in single GIS based platform.
• Consumer billing can be done if software is prepared using this consumer survey data
• GIS data can be used for preparation of Estimation for road repair, patches, area calculation for open spaces etc.
• 24×7 water supply to consumer, reduced Non-Revenue Water & billing of used water
