I turned down an offer from a company and the Recruiter said let’s stay in touch and tells me to reach out if I decide to leave. He then adds me on LinkedIn. Okay, pretty standard. A few weeks later he adds me on Facebook. There has been no contact in between. Is this weird? I haven’t accepted. Should I? I’m a woman.
