As you may already know, Turbotenant was founded by Sarnen Steinbarth, a long time landlord, Property manager, and property education instructor. Steinbarth founded TurboTenant out of a passion for helping independent landlords.

During his time as a property education instructor, he was made aware of the numerous pain points landlords face daily. Most notably, he realized that many landlords couldn’t afford and didn’t need the extensive software designed for large property management companies. Out of this background in real estate, TurboTenant was born.

Fast forward to today, when TurboTenant aids thousands of landlords daily in the management of their rental properties. Not only does Steinbarth still steer the direction of TurboTenant’s future, he also takes time to continue to educate landlords, property managers, and real estate professionals about how to best handle their rental properties.
