We would like to give a warm welcome to Natalie Dyer who joined the company this month as a new Key Account Manager. Her role is to extend our great customer service and account management packages, due to the expansion of the company over the last 12 months.

Natalie has extensive experience in managing customers’ accounts and providing the best possible service for what our customers require. Previously working for UPM, the World’s largest paper manufacturer looking after their flagship accounts and going on to launching her own business within the children’s accessories industry. This has given her a strong background in customer relations, retention and ensuring customers’ expectations are surpassed.

She will make an excellent addition to our team and has already demonstrated how her skills benefit our customers!
