US stocks slipped on Thursday after Earnings disappointed and trade jitters intensified on fears that the European Union could slap retaliatory tariffs on goods imported from the United States.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 81.83 points, or 0.32 percent, to 25,117.46, the S&P 500 lost 5.15 points, or 0.18 percent, to 2,810.47 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 14.28 points, or 0.18 percent, to 7,840.17.
