Hero MotoCorp shares gained more than 2 percent in morning on Wednesday after reporting in line Earnings for December quarter, but analysts were mixed, looking for more rural growth to happen.

Third quarter earnings matched analyst expectations, with the profit growing 4.3 percent year-on-year to Rs 805.4 crore, impacted by lower other income (down nearly 17 percent) and higher raw material prices & other expenses.
