If my old Boss, back in the day when I had a boss, had Fined me for not liking what he said, I would have been looking for a new job and my boss would be looking for a new nose. Fair trade!

It seems a boss in China has taken the ultimate 21st century social media sanction and fined his employees if they don’t comment on his blog posts, it’s been reported.

Supposedly this policy was implemented to create a better work ethic for younger Staff. The fine was around $7.50 if the staff didn’t write on the blog, created to inform on policy changes and to motivate staff.

Some staff are saying the move violates the law and another was fined without even being told about the policy.

Someone once said that there is no such thing as bad publicity. I can’t possibly comment either way, but I have to say I would most definitely be motivated, to find another job.
