Art Liberté is a temporary exhibition with a lot of films about the artists when they created their artworks for the collection and also I produced a film “Ephémère” about the first paintings on the Berlin Wall. All the films can be watched on Facebook (in English and French) and on the website of “Art Liberté”.

By its activity the project of Art Liberté brings the many agreeable values as the living together, the cultural exchanges and the friendships among European countries.

In 1996, Sylvestre Verger, founder and owner of “Art Liberté”, met in Lyon Mr. and Mrs Gorbatchev (December 7, 1996), invited when he organized the exhibition of his first collection in former Espace Lyonnais d’Art Contemporain, ELAC.

Art Liberté is the second collection on the Berlin Wall. Verger organized the first one around the world during twenty years. For the XXème anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall (2009) he had organised the exhibition in Paris in the Jardins du Palais Royal with the French cultural ministry, Christine Albanel (Right party), and with Roland Dumas, former foreign affairs minister of François Mitterrand, in the name of political and cultural cooperation.
Then in Berlin in DHM, and for the day of the 20th birthday, in Winzavod, contemporary center downtown in Moscou, with the Rostropovitch Fondation.
He wishes to present this collection again in Berlin, in the spaces of the Hauptbahnhof and in the core areas of the S-Bahn, as he made for the Gare de l’Est in Paris. The Non-Lieux, refferring to the famous definition invented by the Anthropologist Marc Augé, are the better places to represent nowadays values of art and freedom.
