A perfect rhyming bedtime story for the younger reader.

More often than not children relate themselves with the characters of a good story. In such circumstances, reading fiction can help them to get inspiration from the characters. These stories often portray real life implications through anecdotes, and as such makes it easier for them to understand the complex aspects of life. Moreover, reading these stories at regular intervals can actually help them to develop a positive outlook towards life, which eventually proves beneficial for good character development.
The Magical Kingdom of Ing is a delightful and charming book for the younger reader. I read it with my grandkids and they loved not only the story, but also the amazing illustrations. I thought the text and illustrations worked very well together.
Author Susan Brougher writes in a wonderful, simple and imaginative style that will guarantee the attention of young minds. If you ever wanted to bond even more with your children or grandchildren, this would be a lovely story to share with them.
It seems to me that this book was created with a lot of love and joy and it’s clear that the author really enjoys creating such wonderful stories. Thank you for sharing with us the gift that you have obviously worked so hard to refine. We’ll be looking forward to seeing what’s coming next. A well-deserved five stars from us!

We all have a story inside of us. Words can be spoken, written, or held in the heart and given with a hug. They form in our thoughts and travel in our blood, the issue of life powerful and divine. Words begin long before they fill blank pages and they live long after the book is closed. Their magic, mystery, and mischief take you on a journey that never ends.
My years of nursing emphasized a natural healing best summed up by Hippocrates, “It is more important to know what sort of person has a disease than to know what sort of disease a person has. Cure sometimes, treat often, comfort always. Natural forces within us are the true healers of disease.”
I grew up in rural New York State where as a child I played outdoors in all seasons with my younger sister and two older brothers. We lived simply and ate from a large garden we kids had to weed. For most of my childhood we didn’t have running water or indoor plumbing. We carried water from a well across the road. My mom died of cancer when I was 14. For comfort I took to walking in the woods and along our creek, often resting under huge pine trees to write poetry. Now at 70 after not believing I could possibly live this long, I have returned to creative writing.
